Signed a pet out of boarding by accident

From the main menu go to Daycare & Boarding -> Modify Boarding.

Select the "Include All" checkbox, and search for results.

This list shows all pets signed in and out of boarding that have a reservation date range within the selected date range.

Click the "Sign-In" button to put them back on your Boarding dashboard.

Find the pet in the search results and click sign in to put them back on the boarding dashboard.

  • When a pet is signed out of boarding, an order is created. If there is no boarding deposit or payment associated with the boarding, then we recommend deleting the order that was created by the accidental sign out.
    • To delete the order, go to the owner's purchase history, select the Order Id, and click “Permanently Delete This Order”. This action will resolve any debt that was created by the accidental sign out.
  • If the accidental sign out included a payment for other products/services, then we do not recommend deleting that order.
  • If the accidental sign out used a boarding deposit, please contact us in tech support and we can help to reassociate the boarding deposit to the boarding.
